I was born and raised in south east England. I moved to America 20 years ago and became a US citizen. About 9 years ago I found a new passion in Cakes. I spent a long while teaching my self the art of baking and decorating. I worked for an established bakery for a while and then 7 years ago I decided to open my own. Watching people enjoy my creations is a joy each and every time!
