2012 Democratic National Convention “Pit Packages”

These packages are offered exclusively to the 2012 DNC participants.



Package 1 “One Race”

Participants will begin with one 8 minute race each.  Everyone will then get two 7 ½ minute games of laser tag each.  After that, the conference or banquet room will be open with a meal from Lancaster’s BBQ.  The arcade will also be available during this time.

Summary:

1 hour of track time

1 ½ hour of open laser tag

2 ½ hours for lunch, arcade, and conference/banquet room use

$108.00 Per Person:  Includes Transportation, Lunch, 500 Game Tokens, Team Building Activities & Service Fees. (All packages are based on a minimum of 50 participants)

 

Package 2 “Two Race”

Participants will begin with two 8 minute races each.  Everyone will then get two 7 ½ minute games of laser tag each.  After that, the conference/banquet room will be open with a meal from Lancaster’s BBQ.  The arcade will also be available during this time.

Summary:

2 hours of track time

1 ½ hour of open laser tag

1 ½ hours for food, arcade, and conference/banquet room use

$125.00 Per Person:  Includes Transportation, Lunch, 500 Game Tokens, Team Building Activities & Service Fees. (All packages are based on a minimum of 50 participants)

 

Package 3 “Open Event”

Participants are free to race as much as they want for the first three hours.  The entire time will be available for laser tag and arcade.  Food from Lancaster’s BBQ will be brought in for the final two hours in the conference/banquet room.

Summary:

3 hours of track time

5 hours of open laser tag, food, arcade, and conference/banquet room use

$163.00 Per Person:  Includes Transportation, Lunch, 500 Game Tokens, Team Building Activities & Service Fees. (All packages are based on a minimum of 50 participants)

 

Lancaster’s Lunch:  pulled pork, slaw, beans, hush puppies, assorted cookies, and drinks.

The complete five hours will be exclusive for 2012 DNC participants only
