A Lesson About Photography in Charlotte

August 18, 2012 by Odesk

photography in Charlotte; I’ve learned that having that mindset doesn’t always work on your advantage. To paint a better picture, I’m going to tell you something about myself; since I’ve already stated that this post has something to do with a fairly typical human reaction. And yes, having a difficult time trusting a task to another soul is a reaction. In no way or form would I agree that having this in someone’s personality is a deficiency. Although there are some “psychotic gist” err, ‘psychologists that deems it as so. I refuse to allow others on treating this personality that I have of something close to a disease or sickness. There will never be a time where I will not be willing to get into a debate about why I choose to take most of the responsibilities even when sometimes tasked with a team. Photography is a precision business. Although it might have sprung out from hobbyist, the techniques and studies of all photographers that came and went is enough to fill a humongous library. There is now enough knowledge, technique and history in photography for it to create another branch of science. That is why the once hobby is now a full time profession. It is a career where the clients can easily decipher which photographer is the season one and which are the beginners based on their works’ results (and not on the paycheck they will request). Professional Photographer-1 A professional photographer is someone who has spent much of his time perfecting the meticulous demands of the business. One of the most challenging thing as a potential client is to choose who should cover such important events of your life. The number of phony would-be photographers who are posing as professionals out there is enough to get someone who doesn’t have much patience to lose it faster. But somehow as a person who has a valid reason to hire a professional, somehow you have got to find a way a longer piece of string as patience to come out of your event as a happy camper. I learned this the hard way. As I’m sure you have already imagined; this semi rant post is about the moral lesson a person learnt by committing a mistake. I did come out a smarter person because of the experience. I did learned, (although it was too late) that in order to figure out the professional from the who’s not you got to have the patience to browse at a prospect’s portfolio. It may sound silly to you, but a lot of people forget to turn on their computer and check if the claim of someone has some truth into it online. A professional should always have his work displayed online. That is already a well-accepted fact.]]>
